Contributions, collaboration & link policy
Useful references and original experience come first. We review accuracy, relevance, authorship and rights before publication.
What we welcome
First-hand venue and workspace experience, practical event checklists, rental-management methods, and corrections backed by an identifiable source. Explain who wrote it, when it was observed, the scope and any commercial relationship.
Use the contribution form →The existing form accepts one HTTPS reference URL. Add source details, author/profile references, evidence and rights information in the text. Do not include tenant, access-code or other private information.
Editorial review and outbound links
Submission, approval and publication are separate steps. The team checks permission and factual support before deciding whether to publish. A submitted link is not an endorsement or a promise to keep a link.
Contributor links
Published community reference links currently use rel="ugc nofollow noopener". This identifies user-contributed material and keeps publication subject to editorial review. Author claims and third-party links are checked manually.
Commercial relationships
We do not offer automatic reciprocal links or paid follow-link placement. The present contribution route does not accept paid link placement. If sponsored material is introduced later, it must be clearly disclosed and paid links qualified with rel="sponsored"; a contribution never guarantees a link, search position or AI citation.
Editorial references are chosen because they help a reader check a claim. We may correct or remove inaccurate, irrelevant or unsafe references.
Limited reuse of our original resources
You may quote and adapt the original formulas, method explanations and generated scenario CSV in the E11 SPACE resource centre, including in commercial writing, with credit to E11 SPACE, the method title, version/date and source URL. Identify your modifications and preserve the assumptions and limits. A plain URL is sufficient where a clickable link is not possible. You may choose your own link attributes, including nofollow; a follow link is not required.
This permission covers those original text methods and generated scenario files only. It does not include site photographs, videos, logos, submitted articles, third-party sources or other licensed materials. Do not imply endorsement, partnership or market-data verification. Ask before republishing a full article or using assets outside this scope.

These rules follow the distinction between ordinary editorial references, user-contributed links and paid placements described by Google Search Central. They are publishing standards, not a ranking promise.
