START WITH WHAT YOU NEED
Choose a starting point to add it to your enquiry. You can add the details afterwards.
Preparing a unit for rent, organising its information and following up enquiries and viewings.
Keeping an existing tenancy organised, with clear records of payments, repairs and upcoming renewals.
Bringing leases, payments and vacancies together to compare the next letting decisions for your units.
These are enquiry topics, rather than fixed-price packages. Roles, authority, scope and fees are verified and agreed in writing before engagement.
A CLEAR WAY TO FOLLOW THROUGH
Ownership or authority, permitted use and the engagement scope are checked before arrangements begin.
Check unit details, photos, use and letting terms, and agree how enquiries will be followed up.
Assigned owners create QR links. Members request a time slot and the owner approves the booking.
Confirm rent, incentives, deposit and other charges, then work to the documents signed by both parties.
Follow up payments, repairs and renewals within the agreed scope, with progress and owner approvals recorded.
The QR opens a booking page. The owner must first set and verify a time-limited code in an external lock system. The website reveals it only to the approved member during the booking window; it does not set or revoke a physical lock code.
A REPORT YOU CAN READ
A useful report answers practical questions: which payment needs checking, which repair needs approval, and which lease is nearing expiry.

AGREE THE DETAILS FIRST
Set out responsibilities, budgets and delegated work before you decide to engage a service.
| What to confirm | What the written agreement should cover |
|---|---|
| Services and charges | A quotation based on the property and work required, setting out management, letting or other service fees, disbursements and payment arrangements. |
| Engagement scope | Who handles enquiries, viewings, leases, payments and renewals, with service roles and any applicable qualifications verified. |
| Repairs and approvals | Quotations, budgets, delegated spending limits, emergencies and completion checks. Work beyond the agreed authority goes to the owner for a decision. |
| Owner reporting and handover | Reporting frequency, units visible to each account, document access and the data handover when the engagement ends. |
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Listing starts with property information, enquiries and viewing arrangements. Day-to-day management may cover agreed payment follow-up, repairs and renewals. Start with your priority, then confirm the actual scope and service roles.
We first discuss the property type, number of units, existing leases and work required, then provide a written quotation. Any management, letting, disbursement or other charges are confirmed individually. This page does not offer fixed-price packages.
No. A member uses the QR link to request a time slot. Before approval, the owner must set a time-limited code in an external lock system. The website controls when the code is displayed; the owner must separately verify and manage its physical activation, expiry and revocation.
Identity and property authority are checked before access is assigned, and the account shows only its assigned units. Authorised owners approve viewing bookings. Daily management, repair budgets and other delegated work follow the written scope and account configuration.
You can submit the basic situation first. Please leave tenant identity details, bank information and full leases out of the enquiry form. After understanding the existing arrangements, the team can discuss handover, permissions and the feasible scope of follow-up.
E11 SPACE continues to provide separate event venue and office rental pages. Visit the event page for dates and layouts, or browse rental units for offices and studios.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY
Share the basic property details and what you would like help with. The team will review the information first. An enquiry does not form a management contract.
