Setup and equipment
Discuss large installations, power, sound, catering and deliveries in advance. Test connections and projection, and allow sufficient setup and reinstatement time.
During the event
Follow the agreed use, building rules and venue guidance. Keep routes clear and stay within the capacity and layout confirmed by the venue.
Finishing and handover
Finish at the agreed time, check equipment and belongings, and hand back the space under the agreed cleaning and reinstatement arrangements.
