Information collected and its purpose
The management, property listing and article forms collect the name or byline, contact details, content, area and reference links you choose to provide. These are used to contact you, verify and review information, and handle this enquiry. Do not submit identity documents, banking details or third parties' private data.
Account details and enquiry records
The account centre uses the stable ID from the Site sign-in service to link new enquiries and articles submitted while signed in. Anonymous and older records cannot be claimed using a matching email, phone or submission reference. You may save your name and contact details for enquiry handling. These details are self-reported, not verified by phone or email. Only Site administrators can view the member directory and audit records. Owners can access arrangements for their assigned properties only.
Members and self-guided viewings
Member features use the stable user ID provided by the site sign-in service, together with your supplied name, contact details, property, viewing times, decisions and access records, to arrange your visit. Contact details are self-reported and are not verified by SMS. Owners authorised for the property and site administrators can see relevant requests. Other members cannot see your bookings.
Viewing codes are stored encrypted and disclosed to the approved member during the authorised window. Expiry and revocation on this website only control disclosure. Owners or lock providers must configure and revoke the physical lock code. This version does not automatically send SMS, WhatsApp or email messages. Use QR invitations and codes only for the approved visit.
Data storage and protection
Submissions are stored in the cloud database used by this website and may be processed outside Hong Kong. Private contact details are not published. Authorised administrators review submissions; unverified information does not automatically become a public article or listing.
To reduce abuse, the service may retain hashed network identifiers and submission dates for rate limiting. This processing does not send private content to AI. Loading fonts connects to Google Fonts. External services such as WhatsApp have their own terms when you follow their links.
Article and property content
Submitters must have the right to provide articles, property information, photographs and links, and disclose commercial relationships or conflicts of interest. Articles require editorial review and further publication permission. Listings require checks of ownership or authority and intended use. Submission does not create an appointment, publication or contract.
Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion
Contact infogoldmine.hk@gmail.com with your submission reference to request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. Our team may reasonably request further information to verify your identity. Unconverted enquiries and unused submissions should be reviewed and removed within 90 days after handling is complete, unless retention is needed for law, disputes or an established service relationship.
Management appointments
Before appointment, confirm the provider, applicable qualifications, management or letting role, fees, authority, repair approvals and handover arrangements. This preview website makes no rent guarantee or promise of returns or rental income.
